Entering winter hardship

When winter arrives ,it brings along lots of fun and also lots hardship.

Food becomes one of the struggle in winter hardship.Roads get closed in winter due to roads on high passes get blocked and people in Ladakh left with no proper green vegetable and fruits.

So we try to preserve fruits and other roots vegetable to maintain our health .

This time i am trying to store locally grown apple inside the paper box wrapped with newspaper.
